Our Family Law department has grown in the last eighteen months, we now have 5 solicitors in the team to help you with all aspects of family law, including area of:
Domestic abuse;
Child care issues involving social services;
Children matters, Child Arrangement Orders;
Financial matters on divorce;
Divorce, same sex and civil partnerships.
The Department is headed by Partner, Heather Wolfe who has many years experience in family law, and she is supported by Ashlee Grayson-Smith, solicitor who qualified in 2011, and deals exclusively in children law matters.
Heather Wolfe and Ashlee Grayson-Smith are both members of the Law Society Children Panel, this shows that they have competence and expertise in acting for parents and children within child care proceedings involving social services. Heather and Ashlee act for both parents and children in care proceedings, and have experience in care cases involving sexual abuse, drug abuse, children involved in County lines, and physical abuse.
Ravi Bains is a solicitor and member of the Law Society Family Law Panel which is an accreditation for solicitors who show expert knowledge and competence in family law.
Ravi is our Ambassador for domestic abuse work-this is where her knowledge and experience come to the fore. She regularly obtains injunction Orders, non molestation Orders, or Occupation Orders for clients, so that they can resume their lives without fear of domestic abuse from their ex partners,
Also joining our team are Hannah Gomez Bass and Molly Slatcher, both Solicitors competent in dealing with social services/social care matters acting for parents in care proceedings where social care are concerned about the quality of care given to children.
Our team are currently dealing with cases involving complex children matters in the High Court, as well as the County and Family Proceedings Courts.
