First move in getting your life back on track
Over the Christmas and New Year period, I don’t know if it is just me but I always seem to notice far more ambulances and flashing blue lights helping individuals who are suffering from illness or injured in an accident through no fault of their own.
Whilst it’s true that to say that those individuals injured in a no-fault accident will be able to claim compensation and recover special damages for out of pocket expenses, can money ever compensation you for your injury? I regularly meet clients who say “the money means nothing, I just want my life back” and this is where I aim to play a small part to help in their recovery.
Again, it’s true that an individual’s life may have changed depending on the severity of their injuries but what solicitors can do is help you recover damages that will not only compensate you for your injury but will help you and your families’ lives back on track.
Making a claim and coming into a solicitor’s office is a daunting experience and here at Willsons, our aim is to take the stress out of the claim process as much as possible allow you to focus on getting better and engaging in rehabilitative treatment. Depending on the extent of your injuries and/or any mobility difficulties, we are happy to come and visit you at home.
It is far better to build up a relationship with your solicitor and know you can speak to them to relay any fears and answer your questions. In that respect I would always encourage an individual to use a local solicitor rather than respond to a television advert.
If you are in the unfortunate position of having been injured in an accident or suffered injury through no fault of your own and are considering making a claim then please call me without obligation to talk through matters.
