Manisha is now on her final step to become a solicitor!

Willsons Solicitors are pleased to announce that Manisha Walia commenced her training contract with the firm in February 2020. Manisha joined Willsons as a Paralegal in June 2019 and during that eight month period has gained a wealth of legal knowledge and has shown great aptitude in her desire to become a solicitor, so much so that we are delighted to have offered her the opportunity as a trainee solicitor, to realise her ambition.

Manisha is a local girl, and is a fluent and articulate speaker of English, Punjabi and Hindi and is currently working within our corporate and commercial department.

Willsons Solicitors has over the year granted training contracts to many trainees. Bob Willson, Managing Partner, said “It is always great to see young members of the profession start at the beginning and grow in their knowledge and confidence with us to become proficient Solicitors. I am really happy that Manisha has chosen Willsons to be the firm where she wishes to work and where she wishes to qualify as a Solicitor”.

Although Manisha is a hard worker, she also is a keen gym goer and reader and has a keen interest in performing arts and trains in Bhangra and Kathak dance.

Manisha is currently working closely with Ajmer Kang our Partner in the commercial department who says of Manisha that “Manisha applies herself to tasks in hand really well.
